Now that CBD is legal in the U.S. Under current laws any CBD products that you travel with must be derived from hemp, and it is still illegal to travel with CBD products that are derived from marijuana.That’s because marijuana-derived CBD contains THC, which is the active ingredient in certain cannabis products that gives users a feeling of being “high.


Traveling With CBD Oil


Unlike with marijuana, you’re not going to get in trouble for traveling with hemp-derived CBD oils or other types of hemp-derived CBD products in your bags. Marijuana, as well as marijuana-derived products, are only legal in certain states.Alternatively, hemp-derived CBD products are federally legalized.
